Disclosure and how we checked prices

Disclosure: This guide has no affiliate links yet. If we add any later, we’ll label them, and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Read our affiliate disclosure. Prices were checked against each vendor’s own pricing page on October 28, 2026.

How we put this together: We haven’t run a pest route on any of these apps. This guide compares what each company publishes (prices, how it counts what you pay for, and trial terms). “Quote only” means the vendor’s own page asks you to request pricing, and we don’t repeat third-party price estimates.

2. What you’ll pay at 1, 3 and 5 techs

Our math from the list prices above, per month, before texting and card fees. GorillaDesk counts routes and Jobber counts logins, so on Jobber, count the office too.

Year one for a 3-tech shop: GorillaDesk Basic, 3 routes, is $1,788. Jobber Connect, 5 users on annual billing, is also $1,788. Pocomos with 150 active customers is $2,868. GorillaDesk also offers one month free on yearly billing.

3. Who should pick which

Pick GorillaDesk if…

  • Each tech runs their own route and you want office logins at no extra cost.
  • You want material tracking, which its comparison page lists in every plan.

Look elsewhere if…

  • You want the route optimizer or QuickBooks sync on Basic: those are listed on Pro.
  • You’re adding routes fast: each one adds $30 to $100 a month, depending on the plan.

Pick Pocomos if…

  • You plan to add techs or office staff: users aren’t counted.
  • Your customer list is small or steady.

Look elsewhere if…

  • You have 51–300 customers and only 1–3 techs: $239/month is more than GorillaDesk Basic for 3 routes ($149).
  • You want a free trial: its pricing page doesn’t mention one.

Pick Jobber if…

  • You quote a lot of one-off jobs and want automated quote follow-ups (listed from Connect).
  • Five or fewer people need a login: Connect is $149/month billed annually for 5 users.

Look elsewhere if…

  • More than 5 people need a login: each extra user is $29/month.
  • You want a pest-only tool: Jobber is built for home-service trades generally.

4. FieldRoutes, PestPac and Briostack: quote only

  • FieldRoutes: its pricing page lists Growth (“Ideal for Small Businesses”) and Corporate, and both say “Request Pricing.” Its FAQ says the monthly price is based on the number of active customers, and there’s no free trial, only a free demo.
  • PestPac by WorkWave: its pricing page lists Small Business, Professional and Enterprise packages and asks you to speak with a consultant for pricing.
  • Briostack: we found no pricing page, and its home page asks you to request a demo.

We don’t publish third-party price estimates for these three. Get a written quote for your customer count and number of techs before you compare.

5. Bottom line

If each tech runs their own route, start with GorillaDesk. If you quote lots of one-off jobs and 5 or fewer people log in, start with Jobber. Price Pocomos if your team will grow faster than your customer list. Get quotes from FieldRoutes, PestPac or Briostack in writing before you compare them.

Before you pay

  • Count your routes, your logins and your active customers. Each app charges for a different one.
  • Ask what texting and card fees add on top of the plan.
  • Run a free trial or demo with a real week of stops before paying for a year.

GorillaDesk and Jobber offer free trials. Pocomos offers a demo.
